Before starting The Employee Experience Edit, I spent more than 15 years building employee experience, talent, leadership, and workforce programs inside organizations including The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, and smaller growth-stage companies.

I’ve seen how easily good intentions get watered down between the leadership conversation and the day-to-day reality employees and managers are trying to work through. A program can be thoughtful. A strategy can make sense. A message can sound right. And still, the actual experience can feel confusing, inconsistent, or disconnected from what the organization meant to create.
